"Phoned on Thursday, and tech was here on Friday! Ryan was on time and thorough. He identified our AC problem within 5 minutes of arrival. He reviewed options for correction then implemented. This is after we went thru the heat of the summer with no AC after attempting to use a different vendor (see my review on Norco). Additionally, Ryan took the time to instruct us on PM procedures. "I have always been satisfied with Banner. I had my central air fixed a few weeks ago. Technician showed up exactly on schedule, ordered the part, and would have put it in first thing the following morning had my schedule not precluded it. Tech explained everything, and quite honestly, to replace the fan motor and a blade kit, the price was about $100 loess than I had expected."
