  • Our furnace went out yesterday morning and I called their after hours line (superbowl sunday).. Ryan was at our house within a hour to see what was going on. After no time at all, he knew exactly what was wrong. He told us that 1st thing Monday morning he would try and find the part in town. He did and had our furnace up and running Monday morning. Thank you thank you thank you... we have heat again, and thank God for the Guardian plan.... didn't cost us a dime. Love banner. Personally been a customer for 14 years... and will be for life!

  • We are really impressed with the change. So far we’re on target to save $2400 to $2700 per year and that’s with my family now using more hot water than ever. We’ve had our first two bills from Avista and my total bills for natural gas and electricity were lower than my old electricity bill and that’s before subtracting $2300 in heating oil I used to purchase on top of the electricity. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism of the installers. They were efficient, polite, knew their trades, cleaned up really well and were just generally great to work with. I highly recommend the Weil-McLain boiler technology. It’s an incredible upgrade versus the oil fired boiler we pulled out of there.

  • We have had several problems with or furnace over the past three years and have had several technicians come out and could not pin point the problem. Our last call Josh came in and took the time to explain what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He is very good at his job and a respectful young man. The company should be honored that they have him as an employee.

  • Phoned on Thursday, and tech was here on Friday! Ryan was on time and thorough. He identified our AC problem within 5 minutes of arrival. He reviewed options for correction then implemented. This is after we went thru the heat of the summer with no AC after attempting to use a different vendor (see my review on Norco). Additionally, Ryan took the time to instruct us on PM procedures. We are Banner fans now!
