**Note: When using the Keep Fill service please alert us of any upcoming, unusual changes in fuel usage. Our system predicts your next delivery based on past usage data, so we can better serve you if we are notified in advance of big changes.**

About Heating Oil
When it comes to residential use, heating oil creates the hottest flame of any home heating fuel. It is 400 degrees hotter than natural gas or propane. Because it is so hot, your home heats up faster, needs less fuel, maintains your desired temperature better, and feels more comfortable.

My oil burner didn’t start
Before calling Banner Fuel for a service call, here are a few things you can do if your oil furnace isn’t starting up like it should:
- Is the thermostat set above room temperature?
- Is the power switch in the “on” position, or has the breaker been tripped?
- Is there enough oil in your tank?
