Credit

With access cards, your employees need not worry about having cash on them and there are no lost receipts or unauthorized purchases to worry about. We offer discounts for prompt payment of net 10 days from the invoice date.

Now we've stacked the deck in your favor with another card; new, mag-stripe "Pacific Pride Blue", giving you real-time control of fuel purchases through the power to specify limits on volume per day, per month or other defined periods... plus control over dates and times of authorized usage down to the hour.

The Pacific Pride Blue card allows you to limit card purchases to specific categories of products (such as diesel fuel only).

• Customized 4-Digit PIN Numbers: You asked for it and here it is, Pacific Pride Blue lets you choose your own PIN for easier recall and tighter control.
• Day/Time Activation: Pacific Pride lets you determine the day and/or time card usage can commence and end. (Highly useful for seasonal usage cards.)
• Flexibility in Resetting Limits, Validating or Invalidating Access: With Blue, usage parameters such as adding or deleting a product can be changed from your office, no fee for changes or waiting for new cards to be issued, with a phone call and be in effect in less than 15 minutes, Monday through Friday. Control

Take control now, our Automated Fueling Stations give you control over your company fuel purchases. In addition to monthly statements, you have the option of receiving invoices weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Our comprehensive invoices which include all purchases from anywhere in the country will simplify your bookkeeping and improve control by providing detailed vehicle and purchase summary reports.
